Sailing ship Mir had to return to Singapore from Bali to renew a ship’s permit at the height of COVID. The crew left Bali on November 25 2021 and returned January 11 2022 – during that 6 week period of time, they were essentially in Quarantine for the entire time (the voyage plus quarantine in ports of call). They forged friendships while living as Sea People, navigating the ship through storms and blue skies while making fun along the way.
