Biosphere Regeneration – Education and Training for Indigenous Peoples in the Coral Triangle

Mir’s mission is to work with indigenous peoples of the Coral Triangle to mitigate the effects of climate change by stewarding healthy ecosystems from land to sea. Our programs focus on training indigenous leaders, both onboard Mir and at selected island communities, in sustainability and ecological regenerative practices. Biosphere Foundation knows that the future of our oceans depends on educating local leaders with knowledge and skills to lead village-wide change.
